This year's Autumn show was held on Saturday October 1st 2011 at the Flitwick Village Hall. The day was one of the warmest of the year, not at all autumnal! Despite the obvious temptation to head for the seaside 27 exhibitors put on a total of 121 excellent exhibits of vegetables, fruits and flowers.
We saw opposite extremes; the heaviest cabbage was simply huge whilst the smallest ripe tomato was not much bigger than a pin head! Meanwhile there were very colourful flowers and plants to brighten the hall.
All in all yet another excellent show thanks to all who exhibited and those who gave their time to help
